This role demands a proactive mindset, with a strong focus on cold outreach and independent lead generation, making a tangible impact in your assigned geography.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Prospecting (40%):
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
• Research and identify hospitals with high potential for SaaS adoption.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective networking and market research.
• Solutioning and Product Demonstration (30%):
• Engage with hospital administrators to understand operational challenges and pain points.
• Presentation of tailored solutions addressing specific hospital needs, demonstrating the operational and financial benefits of our SaaS platform.
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations to decision-makers, focusing on how the platform can streamline insurance claims and hospital workflows.
• Relationship Management (20%):
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders, including owners and administrators.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help hospitals fully leverage the platform's features, including pre-verifications, claim processing, and financial reconciliation tools.
• Ensure high adoption rates and customer satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively.
• Collaboration and Reporting (10%):
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for hospitals.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation, pipeline status, and hospital engagement metrics to leadership.
• Share market insights and feedback to refine strategies and improve offerings to the product team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven expertise in cold calling and generating leads independently.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools, SaaS platforms, and digital outreach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, healthcare business development, or outbound lead generation.
• Experience working with hospitals or in the health-tech domain is a strong plus.
