Our Canadian operations are currently looking for a motivated team player to join us as an Executive Assistant & Roadshow Coordinator with our Canadian Equity Sales and Trading team in Montreal.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Investment Banking teams in Quebec;
Prepare and submit expense reports;
Manage the schedule of two executives, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, etc;
Support the Sales desk and answer a multi-line phone;
Assist in entering information in iPlanner and setting up company and Analyst roadshows in the system;
Plan and execute deal and non-deal roadshows. During a roadshow, management teams and research analysts meet with investors, with the assistance of our Sales team, to pitch investment opportunities in the present or near future. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth execution through logistical planning – car services, ordering catering, printing / binding presentations;
Liaise with C-Suite corporate clients to identify their needs to ensure roadshow satisfaction and maintain a strong working relationship;
Proactively handle any arising issues – troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively;
Develop weekly roadshow / event reports, which are distributed company wide as well as to clients;
Assist in gathering feedback from non-deal roadshows and prepare reports summarizing relevant feedback for the client.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in French, including strong written communication skills, is required;
Excellent organizational and time management skills with very strong attention to detail;
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time;
Excellent teamwork skills complemented by the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a busy and fast-paced environment;
Positive & upbeat attitude;
Interest in financial and capital markets;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Completion of a Business degree or similar post-secondary program would be an asset;
2 + years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Nos activités canadiennes sont actuellement à la recherche d'un joueur d'équipe motivé pour se joindre à nous en tant qu'adjoint exécutif et coordonnateur de tournées au sein de notre équipe de vente et de négociation d'actions canadiennes à Montréal.
Responsabilités
Fournir un soutien administratif quotidien aux équipes des Services bancaires aux ventes et aux services bancaires d'investissement au Québec;
Préparer et soumettre des rapports de dépenses;
Gérer l'horaire de deux cadres supérieurs, y compris les préparatifs de voyage, la coordination des réunions, etc.;
Soutenir le bureau des ventes et répondre à un téléphone multiligne;
Aider à saisir des informations dans iPlanner et à mettre en place des tournées d'entreprise et d'analystes dans le système;
Planifiez et exécutez des tournées d'opérations et d'autres transactions. Lors d'une tournée, les équipes de direction et les analystes de recherche rencontrent les investisseurs, avec l'aide de notre équipe des ventes, pour présenter des opportunités d'investissement dans le présent ou dans un avenir rapproché. Vous travaillerez en coulisses pour assurer une exécution harmonieuse grâce à la planification logistique – services automobiles, commandes de traiteur, impression / reliure des présentations;
Assurer la liaison avec les entreprises clientes de la haute direction pour déterminer leurs besoins afin d'assurer la satisfaction des tournées et de maintenir une relation de travail solide;
Gérer de manière proactive tout problème survenant – résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement;
Élaborer des rapports hebdomadaires de tournée et d'événements, qui sont distribués à l'échelle de l'entreprise ainsi qu'aux clients;
Aider à recueillir des commentaires sur les tournées hors transaction et préparer des rapports résumant les commentaires pertinents pour le client.
Compétences et qualifications
Maîtrise du français, y compris de solides compétences en communication écrite, est requise;
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps avec un très grand souci du détail;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois;
Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe complétées par la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et de respecter des délais serrés dans un environnement occupé et au rythme rapide;
Attitude positive et optimiste;
Intérêt dans les marchés financiers et financiers;
Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
L'obtention d'un diplôme en administration des affaires ou d'un programme postsecondaire similaire serait un atout;
2+ ans d'expérience pertinente, de préférence dans une institution financière.
