Brillbean is an initiate by a well established corporate into the domain of development & management of retail spaces in India. We are working on launching fully managed retail spaces on shop in shop concept for mid market investors in the country. The project in discussion here is a fully managed shop in shop specialty retail floor focused towards IT & electronics segment

Our Requirements

An ideal candidate for this profile is expected to have strong marketing acumen with past experience in space marketing. The candidate would be required to prospect / connect & onboard prospective investors for the said project in Lucknow. The possible audience for the project are HNI retailers / distributors & OEMs in IT & electronics segment

Desired Qualification
• At least 2-3 years of selling experience in real estate or technology sales
• Ability to secure an appointment with prospective investors & decision makers
• Ability to brief and explain the product via presentation remotely
• Report in detail on case to basis
