Manage both our existing clients and development of new business opportunities. Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities. Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned Conduct market research, follow up on leads and negotiate and close deals with prospective clients in target markets. Identify customer needs, and setup a link building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets. Discover new prospects within your area of responsibility by maintaining relationships with current clients. Be aware of the latest developments in the industry and the competitors of your company. Meetings, networking, and other methods can be used to identify market opportunities. Building relationship with existing and potential clients. Developing sales and marketing strategies in conjunction with colleagues. Setting sales targets and financial projections. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics to senior leaders Qualification
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field 3-7 years of marketing or sales experience Excellent communication and IT fluency Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines Superior time management and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of the industry and current events Ability to provide leaderships to a large team of salespeople
