About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager (or Account Manager) to drive strategic growth initiatives in the U.S. federal and enterprise space. If you have experience in SAM, SBA, 8(a), GSA, MBE, WENBC, and U.S. public sector hiring, this is your opportunity to take the lead.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities in government contracts and enterprise solutions
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Drive and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence
• Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Monitor compliance, regulations, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
• Experience: 7+ years in business development, sales, or account management in tech or government contracting
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAM, SBA, 8(a), GSA, MBE, WENBC
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Background: Experience in U.S. IT recruiting (H-1B, GC, Public Trust clearance) and federal contracts
