Role & Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end sales for C&I Solar EPC: identify prospects, develop pipeline, convert leads to signed EPC contracts and PPAs.
• Lead techno-commercial assessments and site feasibility: coordinate PVsyst studies, site surveys, yield estimates and cost models to create competitive proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals, commercial bids and financial models; manage RfP responses and tender submissions.
• Negotiate EPC and PPA commercial terms with corporate procurement, legal and finance stakeholders to close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams—engineering, procurement, project delivery and finance—to ensure smooth handover and timely project execution.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate pipeline, forecasts and customer interactions; report weekly/monthly sales metrics.
