The HubOps is a fast-growing IT Services company, committed to driving transformation and delivering business value to global clients. We are expanding our presence in the UAE and GCC markets and seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead our sales and growth ambitions in the region.

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) with at least 4 years of proven success in IT Services sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling IT solutions, with a deep understanding of the UAE and other GCC regional markets. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue, building strategic relationships, and growing our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC regions for IT Services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted companies and industries.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Develop tailored solutions that address client needs and articulate the value of our IT Services.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing accurate forecasts and reporting.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, presales, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and the latest developments in the IT Services sector within the GCC region.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a BDR or in business development roles within IT Services.
Demonstrated success in selling IT Services to the UAE and other GCC region markets.
Strong network of clients and contacts in the GCC.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
Deep understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and client needs in the GCC region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
