Essential job functions at Hireleven Delhi: • Mostly, Enters alphabetic and numeric data from source documents, compares data entered with source documents, deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. • Maintains accurate department files and documentation. • May compose and type routine correspondence emails. • Responsible for copying records as needed. • Responsible for answering department phones, processing calls, and forwarding and/or taking messages. • Responsible for data entry of orders (new and change) and quotes. • Maintains order files and is responsible for the storage of closed order files. • Responsible for checking and confirming purchase orders for accuracy. • Assists with customer expedites when required. • Performs all other department duties and functions as assigned or required.
