Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers. If you have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process .
• Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Exposure to international voice process is a must.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Other people with 1+ years sales experience can also apply.
