Description ( About the Role )
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mumbai, Andheri.
-The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management.
-Our sales specialist team are on the frontline of helping to take our business global by serving students from different countries globally. This role calls for a combination of communication skills, savvy analytics, critical thinking, strong execution and the interpersonal ability to work with teams from across the business.
What You'll Do
• Take lead in the region you are responsible for, and become a region expert and train team members
• In-depth understanding of property details, recommending suitable properties and assisting in completing the booking process
• Converts prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Qualifications-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management
Ability to provide training and guidance to sales staff
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Experienced in studying abroad is a plus
