Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Summary:
We seek highly motivated individuals to join our Business Development team as BDAs. As a BDA, you will drive sales and revenue growth for BYJU'S products and services through new customer acquisition and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
▶ Generate new business leads through online channels
▶ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
▶ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
▶ Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
▶ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth
Qualifications and Experience:
▶ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
▶ 0-3 years of sales or business development experience ( Fresher and experience both preferred)
▶ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
▶ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
▶ Passion for education and technology
Compensation:
Stipend (during Applicant Trainee Program): INR 16,600 for the complete training program (4 weeks)
CTC (after training): INR 7,50,000 - 8,50,000 per annum (4.5 lakh - 5 .5 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Centre Sales (package differs from city to city
