Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target new clients in the overseas recruitment sector, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
• Business Proposals: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with recruitment goals.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
• Fresher or minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Specialist in Recruitment Consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of overseas recruitment processes and industry nuances.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Open to travel as per business requirements (Gulf and European Countries.)
