Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development Trainees located in Jaipur. As a Business Development Trainee at Vankal Agri Solutions Private Limited, you will work on market research, data analysis, developing strategies for sales and marketing, helping the team to make sales reports, and support in day-to-day sales activities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Able to understand market trends and analyze market research data
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good time management and analytical skills, with a goal-oriented attitude
• Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus, but not mandatory
