Job Title
Business Development Manager – Interior & Modular Furniture Sales (WFH / Gujarat)
We are looking for a motivated and creative Business Development Manager with a background in Interior Designing to drive sales of modular furniture solutions such as kitchens, wardrobes, and customized interiors. The candidate will combine design knowledge with sales skills to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and provide suitable interior and modular design solutions
Generate leads through online platforms, calls, and references
Conduct virtual meetings and design consultations with clients
Present modular concepts (kitchen, wardrobe, space planning)
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing
Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with design and execution teams for project completion
Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Required Skills
Knowledge of interior design and modular furniture
Strong communication and presentation skills
Basic understanding of space planning and materials
Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD / SketchUp (preferred)
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Interior Designing
Experience
3–5 years
Prior experience in interior or sales is an advantage
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Incentives based on performance
Work Mode
Work From Home (Gujarat-based candidates preferred)
Occasional client/site visits if required
