Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of financial modeling, business contract structuring, and investment evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial expertise and strategic recommendations to support critical business decisions, including:
• Contract pricing
• Structuring cash flows in business contracts
• Working capital optimization
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and capital expenditure projects to support business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
- Create, manage, and update financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with relevant departments. - Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for operational and financial improvement.
- Work closely with Business, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Production teams to ensure aligned and updated business plans.
- Leverage data analysis and SQL querying capabilities to derive actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA/CA in Finance or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business finance, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
