Job Description
Roles Responsibilities :-
• Oversee and drive the financial performance of the organisation
• Drive / Support business expansion activities - strategy, MA, partnerships, business development, etc.
• Maintain company rituals to ensure good governance processes
• Cascade Level 0 (L0) to Level 3 (L3) targets to individual teams (e.g. last-mile fulfilment cost target is broken down into productivity targets for Hubs; L3 targets are based on input/leading indicator metrics)
• Track and report progress against targets at weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews
• Run monthly Budget review and call out risks and interventions
• Be part of all major BU discussions to manage resource allocation, and always considering trade -offs between risk and reward
• Manage investor relations, Collaboration with Financial Non -Financial, Govt. Non-Govt. organization
• Drive Monthly / quarterly reviews / meetings
• Drive OKRs financial
• Massive help to lead in market as a strong organization
• Build Metrics tree (L0-L3) converting business output to operating inputs
• Balance delicate job of business partnering controllership
