• Developing the overall HR agenda and driving it to success
• Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
• Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
• Managing staff wellness initiatives.
• Improving relations between staff and employers.
• Overseeing recruitment efforts.
• Engaging with heads of department.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training/induction programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
• Identifying new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
• Provides guidance and input on BU restructures, Work Force Planning and Succession Planning
• Conducting Training Programs Effectively
• Close Monitoring and Drive of HR Parameters- Confirmation. On-Boarding. Assimilation
• Driving Employee Engagement Activities independently
• Maintaining various reports and excel to monitor and streamline activities
• Driving and monitoring of PMS Cycle
