Job description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Employee Lifecycle
- Responsible for handling the employee lifecycle from Talent Acquisition to Talent Separation as per policy to facilitate employee journey in the organization.
- Drive Employee Engagement
- Responsible for ensuring communication & coordination with the concerned Zonal & Regional stakeholders to design, implement & review Employee Engagement activities to promote retention.
- Support Employee Productivity
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing initiatives along with Business stakeholders to support and enhance the productivity of the Sales employees in the given territory and push the agenda of growth in the given market.
- Learning & Development
- Responsible for identifying gaps in skills and capabilities of the sales force and design learning interventions to address the gaps by collaborating with Business stakeholders and Subject matter experts to bring about improvement leading to business growth.
- Third Party Manpower Management & Compliance
- Responsible for studying and optimizing manpower on third party service provider payroll along with focus on ensuring compliance on basic statutory regulations on Contract Labor.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Redressal
- Responsible for managing and maintaining employee connect till the front line including third party resources by traveling across the territories in the zone and resolve grievances of operational nature.
- Qualification
- Any Graduate (Mandatory) and / or MBA (Preferred)
- Experience
- Atleast 7-10 years of experience in HR function in Battery, Automotive, Cement, Paints, Auto Ancillary industry (Preferred) or HR function in any other industry (Desired)
- Age
- Preferably up to 35 years
- Location
- Exposure to markets in the location specified (Preferred). Must be ready to relocate to given location (Mandatory).
