We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, specializing in B2B events.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and Engage Partners:
• Research and reach out to media partners, industry bodies, and relevant organizations for potential collaboration opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential partners for future outreach.
2.Negotiate Barter Deals:
• Secure partnerships through barter arrangements (e.g., exchanging promotional content, exposure, or services).
• Ensure mutual value in all partnerships, maintaining positive and long-lasting relationships.
3.Press Release and e Shot Placement:
• Coordinate and manage the distribution of press releases with media partners to ensure maximum reach.
• Negotiate placements for e-shots and other promotional materials with partner organizations.
4.Campaign Planning and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate partnerships into broader marketing campaigns.
• Track and monitor the performance of partnerships and provide regular reports and insights.
5.Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners to explore new opportunities and ensure all agreements are executed effectively.
6.Administrative Support:
• Manage partnership contracts, documentation, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain a database of partners and media contacts for future collaborations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, partnerships, or media relations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, media relations, and campaign planning.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
