What you'll bring:
Ideally you will have extensive experience in managing business/commercial portfolios, but we're open to those with strong financial acumen and local market knowledge, or a background in supporting business clients.
Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to assess company financials and assist in structuring debt solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a desire to engage directly with business owners and key stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
We welcome those with tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or a related field, but if you have practical experience and the right attitude, we encourage you to apply.
