You will work closely with top graduates and our top management team to establish, nurture, and grow the business across various categories. Roles and Responsibilities
Assist Business Growth: Work closely with the Sales Team and Top Management to assist in the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads.
Promote Services: Pitch and promote SkillLevel services to college students across different domains.
Career Counseling: Career counsel prospective students, understand their learning objectives, and offer them relevant SkillLevel products.
Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Sales Team and Top Management to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Client Meetings: Set up meetings and follow up with potential clients.
Lead Management: Generate and manage leads of college students efficiently.
Requirement Specifications
Educational Background: Open to candidates from all branches.
Leadership Experience: Preference for candidates who have held leadership roles in college fests and college organizations.
Graduation Year: Looking for candidates from the 2026 and 2026 graduating batches.
Communication Skills: Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Traits: Must be detail-oriented, a go-getter, and a fast learner.
Thinking Skills: Demonstrates critical and out-of-the-box thinking.
Organizational Skills: Exhibits strong organizational and leadership skills.
Remuneration Offered
Probation Period Stipend: INR 12,000/-
Salary After Probation Period: CTC - INR 400,000/- (Fixed: INR 265,000/- and Variable: INR 135,000/-)

Office Hours
Working Hours: 12:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Lunch Break: 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tea Break: 6:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Day Off: Sunday
