Job Overview :
As a Business Operations Executive, you will oversee the entire e-commerce operation, from managing inventory to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve the overall efficiency of our e-commerce platform.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience from browsing our website to receiving their orders.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Collaborate with supply chain, warehousing, and third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and optimize costs
• Monitor stock levels, place restock orders, and manage supplier relationships
• Track and report key operational metrics such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction
• Work with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or product inquiries
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure promotions, discounts, and new product launches are properly reflected on the website
• Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring efficient handling of reverse logistics
• Analyze operational workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our e-commerce operations remain competitive
Qualifications & Skills Required :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce process, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and order management systems
• Familiarity with third-party logistics and supply chain management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
