Key Responsibilities:
Lead Verification:
• Make outbound calls to verify business leads received through various channels.
• Accurately validate and update lead information in the system.
Customer Support & Online Payments:
• Assist customers by processing payments for various services, including online payments and transactions.
• Guide customers through the payment process and troubleshoot any issues they may face.
Onboarding & Managing Lawyers
• Call and onboard lawyers onto our platform by explaining the value proposition and assisting them in the registration process.
• Follow up with lawyers for necessary documentation and agreements.
Record Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and leads in the system.
• Ensure data is updated in real-time and provide regular reports on progress.
Collaboration with Teams:
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and the technical teams to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to improving workflows and optimizing operational efficiency.
