About The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of our business, from client management and sales inquiries to production and team management.
Your Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales inquiries and ensure all client needs are met with high satisfaction. Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary. Coordinate production and installation processes to ensure timely and high-quality outputs. Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in managing operations within a trade-based environment. Strong leadership skills, able to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. A qualified cabinet maker or joiner, with strong technical knowledge of cabinetry and joinery. Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Solid understanding of business financials, including quoting, invoicing, and budgeting.
