• What You'll Do
• Generate critical business insights from rigorous data analysis and market research to accelerate revenue growth at Instawork
• Drive and scale our GTM forecasting, compensation, and lead management plans and processes
• Manage the systems, tools, workflows, and automations that power our GTM teams' day to day and make them as productive and efficient as possible
• Tackle high-priority special projects, including but not limited to: scalable lead generation systems, TAM expansion opportunities, comp/incentive plan design, etc.
• We're Looking For
• 4+ years experience in highly analytical business roles, including strategy consulting, investment banking, and/or operations at a high-growth technology company (strong preference for prior GTM experience)
• Strong data analysis skills, including fluency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI / data visualization tools
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Oral and written communication skills, including the ability to tell stories with data
• Willingness to work across time zones with a global team in the US and APAC
• Knowledge of SFDC + other sales and marketing tools / integrations is a plus
