Key Responsibilities
Support business operation functions in India, China, and Philippines - Facility Security, Mobility, CISO, Business Continuity, leases, conveyances, registrations, CLRA, fire safety laws, dealing with municipal and land authorities, stamp duty, etc.
• Drafting communications with the government or a law enforcement authority
• Sales agreements and lease agreement support
• Audit licenses and approvals (NOCs for utility services, Fire NOCs, etc.) and advise accordingly
• Audit business compliance through third-party compliance tools
• Identify emerging risks and support process design
• Policy drafting and reviews
• Evaluate new regulations in the context of Wipro services and operations
• Resolve disputes and assist the central litigation team
