Overview
Were looking for a Business Process Architect to join our team! This position is integral to the function of our organization, playing a critical role in our Operational Excellence team.
Responsibilities
• Design and continuously improve the organization's enterprise-wide process architecture.
• Define frameworks, standards, and taxonomies to promote consistency, traceability, and accountability.
• Identify method(s) for monitoring and selecting processes for improvement, promoting the use of digital tools for process mapping, monitoring and improvements.
• Map, optimize, and govern business processes with the member experience as the top priority, removing friction, reducing wait times, and enabling seamless integration across channels.
• Ensure business processes are seamlessly integrated with data sources and systems, enabling real-time insights and efficient workflows.
• Provide analysis on the process improvement to determine cost/benefit and ROI.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in a process improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, Certified Process Manager, Certified Business Architect, BPM Training).
• 5-8 years of experience in business process management, process architecture, process and enterprise modelling.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and communicating complex subjects into actionable recommendations.
• Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Power Automate, Power BI) and process modeling tools.
• Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.
• Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
