Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Identify inefficiencies in existing processes - Propose solutions to optimize process effectiveness - Collaborate with business users to define product requirements and use cases Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional - Experience with workflow analysis and process improvement - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional - This position is based in Jaipur - A 15 years full time education is required
