Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Business Process Executive to join our dynamic team at RegisterKaro. The Process Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and internal staff, and contributing to the growth and enhancement of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads.
• Client Engagement: Develop proposals and present them to potential clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes align with company regulations and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external clients and vendors.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Process Improvement: Monitor operations, identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and cost reduction, and develop improvement strategies.
• Professional Development: Attend workshops and industry events to expand skill sets and professional networks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management or similar leadership roles is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Languages spoken: English and Hindi (Mandatory)

Fixed pay of 18,000 - 30,000 P.M fully in hand
