• Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with business projects and initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and Lean principles
• Strong understanding of business process management and improvement techniques
• Certification in business analysis or a related field
