Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving performance and supporting effective territory management. You’ll generate leads through outbound calls and emails, build relationships, and support the sales team in meeting KPIs. A key part of the role is coordinating the demo van schedule across assigned territories to maximize ROI and support Account Executives with successful product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties
Manage and support territory growth; hold the sales team accountable to KPIs
Conduct outbound calls to build and nurture leads
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
Qualify prospects and share relevant product info
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build prospecting strategies
Maintain detailed records and follow-ups in CRM
Report on market trends and insights
Demo Van Coordination
Schedule demo vans and coordinate routes using Salesforce Maps
Ensure each trip has enough appointments to meet ROI targets
Liaise with drivers and operations for scheduling and maintenance
Maintain accurate records of demo activities in Salesforce
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
CRM experience preferred
Solid computer and typing skills (45+ wpm)
Available Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
Sales or outreach experience, especially B2B
High tolerance for phone-based rejection and a strategic mindset
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; post-secondary in Business preferred
2 years relevant experience an asset
