Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Solution Architect with 16 to 1+ years of experience in the Finance Domain specifically with expertise in Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O) and Enterprise Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record to Report-Accounting and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of finance solutions using MSD365 F&O to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of finance systems with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide expert guidance on finance processes and best practices to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for finance solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for finance solutions including functional specifications and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all finance solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of finance systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the finance team in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Train and mentor finance team members on the use of finance systems and tools.
• Monitor the performance of finance solutions and implement enhancements as needed.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new finance technologies and tools.
• Provide input on strategic planning and decision-making related to finance systems and processes.
• Ensure that finance solutions align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
Qualifications
• Must have extensive experience in the Finance Domain with a focus on Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O).
• Must have a strong background in Enterprise Finance and Record to Report-Accounting.
• Must have proficiency in English for reading writing and speaking.
• Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have the ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Must have experience in developing and maintaining documentation for finance solutions.
• Must have knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Must have experience in evaluating and selecting finance technologies and tools.
• Must have the ability to align finance solutions with business strategy and objectives.
• Must have the ability to monitor and enhance the performance of finance solutions.
Certifications Required
Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
