Career Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher (Must hold QTS / QTLS), for a secondary school based in South Birmingham. This is a full time temporary role to start September 2026, for One term in the first instance.
You will be working in a vibrant and inclusive secondary school who are dedicated to fostering academic excellence and personal growth for their students. They offer a nurturing and positive environment where both students and staff and encouraged to reach their full potential.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join the staff team from September 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Business at KS4-5 and a commitment to inspiring students to explore the fascinating world of Business. You will be responsible for delivering high quality Business Studies lessons, preparing students for academic success and instilling a lifelong love of learning.
Qualifications & Requirements Of Business Studies Teacher
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies or a related field
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at key stage 4 and 5.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning process.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS check on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
• Have up-to-date safeguarding training; Career Teachers offer FREE online Safeguarding training
• Provide a full 10-year career history and references to cover the last 2 years including current and previous employers.
