Based in Te Rapa, Hamilton
Monday to Friday in the office (40 hour week)
Flexible start time (between 6:30am – 8:30am) with an 8 hour work day

Business Support is an integral part of our operations, providing essential administrative and management support within our local depot or terminal.
In this busy and challenging role, you will:
Manage administrative tasks, travel bookings and support training operations
Monitor and update various KR systems to ensure compliance across staff are upheld
Provide finance support, raise purchase orders and manage invoicing
Present regular reports on compliance training and other requests as required
Deliver local site inductions to visitors and maintain accident and incident reporting
Attend and administer a variety of meetings
Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring
3 to 5 years’ experience in administrative or business support roles
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Working knowledge of SAP or similar invoice systems
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working in an infrastructure, construction, or operational environment is desirable
