Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II with strong healthcare implementation experience to join our team onsite in Irving, TX. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the implementation of EMR systems and related hospital or clinic applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with EMRs such as Epic, Athena, or Cerner, as well as ancillary systems in Lab, Pharmacy, or Radiology.
Responsibilities:
Lead project meetings and collaborate with leadership teams to gather business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and workflow designs.
Produce project documentation, including charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and agendas.
Work closely with facility support teams to ensure successful system implementation.
Assist customers in improving workflows and technology usage.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of healthcare implementation experience in hospitals or clinics (insurance experience not applicable).
Hands-on experience with EMR systems (Epic, Athena, Cerner) and related third-party hospital applications.
Experience in ancillary areas such as Lab, Pharmacy, or Radiology implementations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
Ability to produce clear and accurate project documentation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
