Define pricing strategies and positioning within the global automotive ecosystem.
Explore and establish partnerships, alliances, and potential JV/M&A opportunities.
Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization
Improve manufacturing and operational KPIs in collaboration with Operations.
Optimize raw material sourcing, energy consumption, and reduce manufacturing waste.
Implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
P&L & Financial Performance Management
Own and manage the complete P&L of the CSS Division.
Drive profitability and enhance ROCE (Return on Capital Employed).
Implement strong financial controls, risk frameworks, and robust inventory management systems.
Strategic Planning & Board Engagement
Present monthly and quarterly performance updates to the Board.
Align divisional goals with the group's long-term strategy and vision.
Develop strategic capex and product roadmaps to ensure future sales pipeline and readiness.
Leadership & Team Development
Build and foster a high-performance culture across Sales and Operations teams.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and supply chain.
Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives for key talent.
