Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement demand generation strategies tailored to BracketMonk Intelligence's unique market positioning and objectives, leveraging remote work dynamics.
2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
3. Utilize remote-friendly marketing automation tools and tactics to deploy email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring programs efficiently and effectively.
4. Conduct remote market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform the startup's growth strategy.
5. Optimize remote-friendly digital assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media content, to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement.
7. Assist in managing remote budgets and resource allocation, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the most impact for BracketMonk Intelligence's growth objectives.
8. Provide remote support for marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and virtual event coordination, fostering a sense of connection and engagement within the remote team.

4. Proficiency in remote-friendly marketing automation platforms and tools, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
