About Us
Company based out of Ahmedabad is seeking a pro-active, highly motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join us.
Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business plan including MIS, budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis. Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information system.
• Experience in conducting Financial Due Diligence with Big 4, preparation of data room, valuation assignments etc
• Experience in managing operations from a finance and accounting perspective and can independently ensure closure and statutory audit of individual company accounts and consolidation, if any.
• Implement and develop financial procedures including working capital management and building internal financial controls.
• Assuring adherence to statutory laws and compliance of accounting and tax procedures (GST, Income tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax) in India and Internationally.
• Knowledge of RBI compliance in relation to FDI.
Qualification eligibility:
• CA with at least 10 years’ experience in Accounts and MIS.
• Excellent Financial Modelling and Excel skills
• Working experience on tally
