Key Responsibilities
• Partner Reconciliation: Match loan principal and income on a per-loan basis and coordinate with partner accounts teams for timely reconciliation.
• Concept Explanation: Explain reconciliation concepts to partners, including process, tax-related queries, and other questions.
• Auditor Liaison: Work with auditors for quarterly and annual audits, bankers, and statutory auditors.
• Board Presentation: Ensure requirements are met for board presentations.
• Accountant Support: Assist accountants in preparing quarterly and annual reports and lead the preparation of Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies' guidelines.
• Investment Tracking: Monitor investments to meet internal rate of expected return targets.
• Budget Monitoring: Track income earned and cost incurred month-on-month against budgeted amounts.
• Inter-Team Coordination: Coordinate tasks across different teams within the company.
• Onboarding Partners: Coordinate with credit and ops teams while onboarding new partners.
• Tech Team Collaboration: Work with the tech team to develop new logic in the Loan Management System (LMS) and test existing reports.
• New Partner Due Diligence: Collaborate with the Business team in financial due diligence of potential new partners.
Requirements
• Certified Accountant: CA qualification with 1-3 years of work experience.
• Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, Income Tax, GST, and finalization of accounts.
• Ind-AS Knowledge: Well-versed in Ind-AS financial preparation and finalization.
• Compliance Experience: Preference for candidates with compliance management experience in NBFCs or banks, handling regulatory compliance, RBI audits, etc.
• Team Management: Team management experience is preferred.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong accounting background, leadership quality, adherence to timelines, and proactive approach.
• Microsoft Excel Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Salary
Rs. 12,00,000 - Rs. 18,00,000 per annum depending on experience.
