Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for CA Articles & Paid Assistants. Candidates will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting various finance-related tasks. The role involves day-to-day interaction with clients, preparing tax returns, handling bookkeeping, and participating in internal training sessions to stay updated with industry standards.
Qualifications
🧑🎓 For CA Articleship (Article Assistants)
• Passed CA Intermediate (IPCC or CA Inter) – at least Group 1 cleared (both groups preferred)
• Eligible for Articleship as per ICAI norms
• Strong foundation in:
• Accounting standards
• GST concepts & return filing basics
• Income Tax (basic ITRs, TDS)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
• Basic proficiency in:
• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
• Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software
💸 For Paid Assistants (Semi-Qualified / CA Inter)
• CA Inter cleared – at least Group 1 (both preferred)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a CA firm or finance/accounting profile preferred
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• GST – Return filing, reconciliations
• TDS – Filing, computation, 26AS
• Accounting & Finalization of Books
• Statutory/Internal Audits exposure is a bonus
• Good communication skills (for client interaction if required)
• Comfort with tools like:
• MS Excel
• Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
• Email drafting & documentation
