Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for CA Articles & Paid Assistants. Candidates will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting various finance-related tasks. The role involves day-to-day interaction with clients, preparing tax returns, handling bookkeeping, and participating in internal training sessions to stay updated with industry standards.
Qualifications
π§π For CA Articleship (Article Assistants)
β’ Passed CA Intermediate (IPCC or CA Inter) β at least Group 1 cleared (both groups preferred)
β’ Eligible for Articleship as per ICAI norms
β’ Strong foundation in:
β’ Accounting standards
β’ GST concepts & return filing basics
β’ Income Tax (basic ITRs, TDS)
β’ Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks
β’ Basic proficiency in:
β’ MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
β’ Tally Prime, Busy, or other accounting software
πΈ For Paid Assistants (Semi-Qualified / CA Inter)
β’ CA Inter cleared β at least Group 1 (both preferred)
β’ 6 months to 2 years of experience in a CA firm or finance/accounting profile preferred
β’ Hands-on knowledge of:
β’ GST β Return filing, reconciliations
β’ TDS β Filing, computation, 26AS
β’ Accounting & Finalization of Books
β’ Statutory/Internal Audits exposure is a bonus
β’ Good communication skills (for client interaction if required)
β’ Comfort with tools like:
β’ MS Excel
β’ Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
β’ Email drafting & documentation
