About the internship/job:
Selected CA / CMA / ACCA Article's responsibilities include:
1) SME companies Business plan, fundraising, finance, and taxation compliance.
2) Management consulting practice.
3) Income tax for corporate and Individuals
4) GST returns and compliances for businesses
5) Audit exposure - Statutory audit, Income tax Audit, GST audit
6) Corporate Finance.
7) RERA matters and Taxation for builders and developers.
8) Work on the finalization of accounts and filing of income tax returns of Corporates, partnership firms, LLPs etc.
+) Statutory Audit the entities as per various governing laws in India
10) Work on the internal audit of various entities and prepare & present reports to the board and management.
11) Prepare Financials under accounting standards.
12) Work on the filing of monthly GST returns and various regular compliances under GST act.
13) Work on statutory audits of entities from different industries.
14) Assist senior in valuation of firms for the purpose of debt and equity fund raising
15) Prepare and file Monthly TDS calculations and quarterly returns
16) Assist senior is Scrutiny and Assessment (including E-assessment) under GST and Income tax Act.

Must be a good scorer throughout
Applicants having few months of experience with Chartered Firm can also apply.
Should have a strong knowledge of auditing, excellent communication, high confidence level.
