Condition: No gap in education activities (only one year allowed either between 12th & Graduation or graduation & Post graduation)

Eligibility Criteria-
a. CA First attempt qualified (Final both groups) mandatory
b. 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining
c. Students who hold a degree in Chartered Accountancy should have completed a 3-year full-time B.Com degree
d. Maximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation
e. No diploma candidate
Job Description:
In-depth understanding of balance sheet, P&L, accounting, and financial statements.
Strong subject knowledge & understanding of different accounting standards.
Budgetary control: Preparation of annual budget and control of expenses accordingly and variance analysis.
MIS: Preparation of MIS and its analysis to senior management.
Contract Management and Invoice processing (Bill processing, invoicing, and ensuring timely payment including reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and in line with the contract.)
Conversant with IT and accounting software.
Business and Commercial Acumen on leading the strategic matters.
Benchmarking and ensuring best-in-class system/processes in place.
Salary : Inr: CTC: + Lacs (Fixed) + 3.5 Lacs (Variable)= Total: 12.5 LPA
Functional Area: Accounting/Taxing/Auditing
