???? Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk-based internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Analyze business processes, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions to mitigate them.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s operations, including critical business processes, IT systems, and financial controls.
• Prepare and present audit findings, recommendations, and improvement plans to senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing audit procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure the implementation of recommended actions and process improvements.
• Monitor and report on follow-up actions for previously identified audit issues.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in internal auditing and risk management.
???? Skill Sets:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified in November 2026.
• Sound understanding of internal audit frameworks, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance principles.
• Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• A proactive approach with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
