• Conduct research in CA-related areas, publishing scholarly articles and participating in academic conferences and seminars to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field.

• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and support to students pursuing CA qualifications, assisting them in navigating their academic and professional journeys.
• Stay abreast of developments in the accounting and finance industry through ongoing professional development activities, such as attending conferences and networking with peers.
• Contribute to the development and assessment of CA academic programs and courses, including curriculum design, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to teaching, research, and service as assigned by department chairs or academic administrators, ensuring effective management and coordination of CA-related activities within the department
