WE have requirement for our client which is a Company engaged in Finance & Advisory unit located in South Delhi needs qualified Chartered Accountant or semi qualified Chartered Accountant, Intermediate of C.A., MBA Finance etc for their company .Candidates having experience in Financial due diligence , statutory Audits etc and have worked with Chartered Accountant firm in the past having minimum experience of 1 to 3 years post qualification shall be preferred for which the job description is given hereunder as follows:- FDD Associate Location : New Delhi, India The company is a finance and accounting advisory firm founded in 2018 by U.K. qualified Chartered Accountant. The firm provides financial due diligence and advisory services to clients in India and across the globe. We use latest technologies to analyse large volume of historical financial data for our clients to make data driven decisions. In addition to being a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales he is a post graduate in Economics from the University of Cambridge, U.K. About the FDD role Roles and responsibilities Efficiently handling fieldwork on financial and vendor due diligence assignments. Analyse historic and current financial information. Summarising and analysing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets, working capital etc. Preparing Excel data books and analysing revenue, margins, cots, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalised earnings, net debt, net working capital etc. Preparation and quality checks of due diligence reports. Coordinating among teams working on the engagement both in India and overseas. Independently interact with clients over emails, call and in person meetings Desired profile 0 3 years of experience in statutory audits in small to medium d CA firms. Qualified CA/ ACCA or MBA/ PGDM in Finance. Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic and team skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a highly paced work environment. Proactive and works with minimal supervision.
