We are looking for HR Generalist and Admin to join us and help us grow.
HR Generalist responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relation, support in compliance, exit formalities. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an HR Generalist and Admin with at least 4-6 years of proven experience in technical recruitment and HR role.
Posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and cost-effective hiring across a variety of levels and disciplines
Employee onboarding and engagement
Employee exit formalities
Plan events
Ability to promote company branding
Potential to grow into various functions such as compliance
Act as POC for various business vertical heads
Tools
