Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architect with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD) and Shop Drawings, along with strong drafting capabilities and project coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review Construction Documents and Shop Drawings with precision
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
• Assist in design development and documentation using CAD and BIM tools
• Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities
Required Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting tools
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
