CAD Automation Creo OR NX
Location: Bangalore or Coimbatore
Experience: 5–7 years

Your Role
As a CAD Automation Engineer – NX/CREO & Python Specialist, you will be responsible for developing automation solutions for CAD workflows using Siemens NX or PTC Creo integrated with Python scripting. You’ll work closely with design and engineering teams to streamline modeling processes, improve productivity, and ensure design consistency.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and deploy CAD automation scripts using Python for NX or Creo environments.
• Create parametric models, templates, and rule-based design automation tools.
• Collaborate with design engineers to understand repetitive tasks and automate them efficiently.
• Integrate CAD automation with PLM systems and engineering workflows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts for performance and reliability.
• Document automation processes and provide training/support to design teams.
• Stay updated with latest CAD APIs and scripting capabilities.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in CAD automation using NX or Creo and Python.
• Strong understanding of CAD modeling principles and design workflows.
• Proficiency in Python programming and CAD APIs (NX Open, Creo Toolkit, etc.).
• Experience with PLM integration and engineering documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., VB, JavaScript) in CAD environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems and agile development practices.
• Exposure to automation in industrial or consumer product design is a plus.
