Job description
We are looking for Experienced Architects / Draughtsman Urgently with min. 5-8 years of experience to join our Lucknow team and you will have an opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors and typology.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Tender and Architectural drawings as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
• Experience in AUTOCAD Designs and Drawings
• Coordinate effectively with in-house services and estimation teams during preparation and submission of Tender and GFC documents.
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s representatives, consultants & contractors.
• Independently handle large scale projects from competition and presentation stage to on site construction and completion stage.
• Also work on Presentation / Proposal of competition projects of various types using latest softwares.
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Qualifying Criteria for the Job
• Educational Qualification required- B.Arch/ Diploma in Architecture.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working experience
• Experience in working on government projects.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The CAD Designer - Architectural role involves the creation and detailing of Architecture BIM models. Key responsibilities include producing site plans, floor plans, building elevations, sections, details, joinery schedules, and other relevant documents.
Quality assurance checks must be performed on deliverables to ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards, and the designer must take responsibility for the quality of drawings and ensure effective communication of changes or modifications.
Liaising with the Project Architect is also essential, as well as adhering to schedules and quality checks. Collaboration with other design disciplines is crucial to ensure the integrity of the overall design, and following BIM content standards and development procedures is vital.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Enscene is required, along with sound technical knowledge, academically good experience in software used for BIM modeling, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A strong self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure is necessary, as well as being a team player with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Qualifications include an ITI Drafting/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architect degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
